Elan Stiberman is an Associate at Lydecker’s Miami office. Presently, Mr. Stiberman focuses his practice on first-party property defense litigation representing various insurance carriers throughout the state of Florida.
Mr. Stiberman earned his B.B.A. in Finance and Business Law at the University of Miami School of Business and later earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While earning his law degree, Mr. Stiberman earned his Certificate in Dispute Resolution through Cardozo’s Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution, which was ranked 5th in the country in U.S. News & World Report’s 2021 rankings. Notably, Mr. Stiberman became a certified mediator through his participation in Cardozo’s Mediation Clinic, whereby he mediated New York City Small Claims Court, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Mediating Establishment and Neighborhood Disputes settlement negotiations. Mr. Stiberman was also on the Executive Board of Cardozo’s ADR Competition Honor Society, serving as the Senior Editor, whereby he coached and competed in national and international negotiation, mediation, and arbitration competitions.
Additionally, Mr. Stiberman was the President of the Jewish Law Students Association, the President of the Federalist Society Cardozo Student Chapter, and a Senator in the Student Bar Association.
