Professional Experience

Danielle A. Strauss is an associate in the firm’s Boca Raton office. Ms. Strauss’ practice includes general civil liability defense focusing on insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury, and defending municipalities.

Ms. Strauss earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in May 2020, graduating Cum Laude. During law school, Ms. Strauss clerked for the Honorable Kenneth A. Gottlieb of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. Ms. Strauss was a member of the National Trial Association Honors Organization and was the Co-President of the Jewish Law Student Association. Ms. Strauss made the Dean’s List multiple semesters and earned the Silver Distinction in the Pro Bono Honors Program. Additionally Ms. Strauss interned for multiple pro-bono clinics during law school, such as the Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Clinic.

Prior to law school, Ms. Strauss earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, where she obtained a degree in Psychology and minors in Innovation and Disabilities in Society.
