Professional Experience

Daniella Escobio is an associate attorney at Lydecker’s Miami office. Her practice is concentrated in matters of premises liability involving catastrophic injuries, negligent security and wrongful death litigation.

Ms. Escobio was born and raised in Miami to Cuban parents. After graduating high school, she attended New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts where she received a bachelor’s in fine arts. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Escobio worked in theatre, film and broadcast journalism. She graduated cum laude from Florida International University College of Law where she was an active member of the Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocates and President of the Cuban American Bar Association FIU Law Chapter.
