Professional Experience

Chris Brown has over 10 years of litigation experience and has served as lead trial counsel for multiple jury trials throughout Florida and Michigan. His practice is concentrated on high exposure insurance defense cases in the areas of bodily injury, wrongful death, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence.

Mr. Brown was born and raised in Michigan. After graduating from Michigan State University, he attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami where he was the president of the trial team, earned best student awards for evidence and trial advocacy, and won the Florida Justice Association’s statewide trial competition in 2009. Prior to joining Lydecker, Mr. Brown worked as an insurance defense attorney and a felony criminal prosecutor. Additionally, he is a Florida Certified Continuing Education Instructor and gives seminars to insurance claims representatives and adjusters throughout the country.
