Ali Elsagga

Ali Elsagga is an Associate in the firm’s Tampa office. Mr. Elsagga’s practice is concentrated in civil litigation with a primary focus in the area of first party property litigation.

Mr. Elsagga earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law.   After graduating from law school he became a state prosecutor serving Florida’s 6^th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County and later for Florida’s 14^th Judicial Circuit in Bay County.  Due to the nature of criminal law, the high case load and high exposure in the courtroom, it was this line of work that taught him the skills and professionalism needed in the practice of law.  Through numerous jury trials, bench trials and pre-trial negotiations, Mr. Elsagga has gained the experience and knowledge to think critically and creatively on his feet which he is excited to bring to Lydecker’s clients.
