Professional Experience

Alana is an award-winning trial lawyer admitted to practice law in Florida, California, New York and New Jersey. Alana has been named a Super Lawyer from 2013 – 2022, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. She has also been selected to be a member of The National Trial Lawyers Organization as the Top 100 Trial lawyers in the country as well as selected to the list of Top 40 Under 40. This is an elite and exclusive membership based on performance as an exceptional trial lawyer.

Alana Yakovlev has always excelled at academics, attending college at the young age of 16 and graduating with honors. Alana graduated from New York Law School after attending UC Berkeley and UCLA for her bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Alana brings over a decade of complex federal and state trial experience as partner and associate of various litigation firms. She has also served as a legal analyst for Bloomberg, clerked for a New York Supreme Court judge and interned for the King’s County District Attorney’s office.
Alana Yakovlev has proven a winning track record for her clients and has developed a great reputation for her results. She has been featured on Court TV, Fox News and News Max as a legal commentator on cases making headlines in the nation and abroad.

Alana Yakovlev speaks fluent Spanish and Russian and is proficient in Italian and Hebrew. Alana has consistently dedicated thousands of hours to mental health advocacy, veterans and prisoner’s rights. Alana Yakovlev serves as a Board member on several not- for- profit organizations assisting lone soldiers and cancer patients seeking integrative medicine.

In her spare time, she enjoys public speaking, cooking, and spending time with her husband and children.
