Professional Experience
Ailin Caballero handles all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation, with a primary focus on premises liability, labor and employment litigation, and government liability.
Prior to joining Lydecker Diaz, Ms. Caballero worked at a national insurance defense firm where she served as counsel for Fortune 500 companies and gained considerable litigation experience representing them throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Caballero also served as an assistant public defender in Broward County, Florida, where she gained extensive motion and trial practice experience.
While in law school, Ms. Caballero earned the prestigious Marco A. Vazquez Memorial Scholarship for her outstanding performance in the litigation skills program. In addition, she served as senior articles editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review.
